Design fees vary by scope and area. Full residential projects typically range from ₹800 to ₹3,500+ per sq.ft. including execution. We provide complete transparency from the first conversation — no vague estimates.
A standard 3BHK apartment (~1,200 sq.ft.) takes 12–16 weeks from design start to handover. Larger homes, renovations, and architectural projects take longer. We set realistic timelines upfront.
Yes. For turnkey projects, we manage the complete process — design through execution. For design-only clients, we provide detailed drawings and site supervision to ensure faithful execution.
