Initial consultations offered through this website are complimentary and do not constitute a binding agreement for design services. Design projects commence only upon execution of a formal service agreement between AIIR Opus and the client.
All project estimates, timelines, and scope descriptions provided during consultations are preliminary and subject to refinement based on detailed site assessment and mutual agreement.
Payment terms, schedules, and methods for design services are specified in individual project agreements. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per prevailing regulations. Detailed payment terms are provided in the formal proposal and service agreement for each project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIIR Opus and Aiir Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website.
